Our Latest HE-DVR

The December edition of the Global CCTV newsletter highlighted one of our latest digital video recorder developments, the Harsh Environment DVR (HE-DVR). The HE-DVR has been designed specifically for transport applications and for situations where customers are required to locate the DVR in environments, which are hot, cold, moist, or dusty, or environments subject to movement and vibration. The HE-DVR will operate in temperatures that are 20 degrees C higher or lower than a normal DVR can function and has been certified tested against harsh vibrations and shock. The HE-DVR runs on the same embedded technology that the eDVR’s currently run on which guarantees the ultimate in performance and reliability.
