| The Global CCTV Manager is the
latest development by Global CCTV. This software/hardware
solution allows the operator to view mulitple cameras from
multiple DVRs in any combination of camera groups across,
up to an amazing 12 monitors per workstation, all in real-time
full PAL resolution.
The Global CCTV Manager does not require decoder boxes and
allows the use of low-cost hi resolution high resolution VGA
or DVI monitors instead of expensive low resolution composite
video monitors.
All cameras are controlled by a single mouse via on-screen
command buttons or a fully customizable map-based GUI.
In the case of an alarm the map-based GUI triggers a flashing
alarm icon on the map. The associated camera can easily be
displayed on a spot monitor by double-clicking the alarm.
Alternatively, automatic display of alarms is possible with
operator modes of most recent, sequence, and acknowledge.
Grouping of cameras has never been more flexible. The operator
can group cameras and display footage from multiple DVR’s
on the LAN or WAN. These groups can be put into any number
of cycle groups to maximize monitor usage and operator efficiency.
Automatic or manual archiving has never been easier. It can
be performed immediately, daily, weekly or monthly. Archiving
can be done to CD, DVD, Hard Drive,NAS, or Digital Tape.
With seamless integration into access control systems and
the easy to use live display, alarm display and playback functions,
the Global CCTV Manager is by far the most intuitive interface
the security industry has seen. It is currently in use in
a range of applications from shopping centres to prisons,
and military installations. Consultants are recommending it
as the preferred solution for their customers surveillance
needs.
